All
the items that we sell are from the largest
memory card suppliers and therefore most have
lifetime warranty or at least 5 years warranty.
We will only process refunds if the memory card
is damaged upon receipt or if there is a
technical problem with the card.
If you have purchased the
incorrect product we can either process a refund
or exchange the item for the correct type. We can
only exchange/refund a product if the packaging is
unopened.
Please refer to either our online configurator
or manufacturers handbook for the correct memory
compatibility for you device. If you do need to
return a memory card please send to the address
below. All refunds will be refunded directly onto
the card with which the purchase was made. We
will only accept returns within the first 14
days after purchase.
It is advised that
you register your product with the manufacturer
when you recieve it to benefit from the
manufacturers warranty. Kingston
offer a lifetime warranty
on their products, Sandisk offers a 5 year
warranty on most products and a lifetime
warranty on selected products and Transcend
offer a lifetime warranty on most products.
If
your item has developed a fault please contact
us via email first at
service@lowpricememory.co.uk before
returning the item. We will try to offer advice
to fix the problem. If we are unable to offer
advice we will arrange for it to be returned.
For all other non memory items the same policy
applies.
In any correspondance to Low Price Memory with
regards to returns, your unique order reference
number should be quoted. Your order reference
number can be located in your confirmation email
that is sent out shortly after placing your
order. It will always start with RC folled by 7
numbers eg. RC3847346
