The Pretec idisk Rex100 has transfer speed of 467x (70mb/s) making it much faster than any usb2.0 memory stick on the market. USB3.0 memory sticks are backward compatible so they will work on all usb ports but to get the highest speeds you should be using a usb3.0 port.
