Why are your prices so low?
1. We often get asked why our prices are
so low. The main reason is because we
are an internet based company meaning we
have very low overheads. This means that
we do not need to make as much profit on
items as a high street store with larger
overheads. We buy memory products
in bulk meaning we can buy at lower
prices. We then pass these savings onto
our customers.
2. We are a Jersey based company meaning
that many of our lower priced products
do not incur vat. This means that we do
not need to charge sales tax on many
items.

I have been sold a fake memory card on
e-bay before, are your products genuine?
Unfortunately we hear stories too often
where a customer has been sold a
counterfeit memory card on an auction
site that either does not perform to the
correct standards or does not perform at
all. We can assure ALL of our customers
that every product sold on our website
is 100% genuine. We only buy from the UK
and we only buy from manufacturers
registered distributors. We would never
consider buying from grey markets in
Asia as this would be immoral and
detrimental to our business. All of our
products come with full manufacturers
warranties of at least 2 years.

Why have i only received part of my
order?
Occasionally you may receive your order
in seperate parcels. The reason for this
is that we are a Jersey based company
and do not have to charge vat on many
items which enables us to keep our
prices low. If you order multiple items
we may ship in seperate parcels so that
we do not have to charge vat.

My order hasn't arrived?
90% of UK orders will arrive with the
customer within 2-4 working days of
placing the order. Sometimes an order
can take slightly longer than this. If
an order has not arrived after 7 working
days please contact us and we will make
an enquiry with the Royal Mail to see if
we can locate it for you. If the item
still cannot be found after this then we
may be able to get the goods re-sent. We
would only do this after we have made
every effort into locating the original
parcel.
European orders will usually take 2-5
working days to arrive. Orders outside
of the EU can take anywhere between 4-12
days to arrive.

Can I return an item to you?
If you have purchased an item in error
it can be returned to us within 14 days
as long as the packaging is unopened. We
cannot process refunds for any memory
cards that have been opened. If you
would like to return an item to us we
will process a refund for the price paid
back onto your payment card. We cannot
process a refund for any postage costs
paid. All return items can be returned
to us at the address below. Please also
include details of your order number
with any return item to allow us to
easily find your details.

We have various configurators that can
be accessed via the links on the right
hand side of every page. If you cannot
find your device in these configurators
or are unsure about the maximum capacity
your device will use then please send us

Can I collect an item from you.
Unfortunately we do not offer a pick-up
service. All orders placed via the
website will be shipped via the selected
postal method.
7.
What are my delivery options?
For UK customers there are two delivery
options:
Standard Delivery: These items
will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class
Post and usually take 2-4 days to reach
the customer.
Recorded Delivery: These items
will be sent by Royal Mail Recorded
Delivery and usually take 2-4 days to
reach the customer.
For International customers please
select the following option:
International Airmail: These
items will be sent by standard Airmail.
This service does not provide a tracking
number and the goods will be delivered
by your national postal service.
8.
My item has developed a fault. Can i
return it to you?
As long as your item is still inside the
timeframe outlined in the warranty it
can be returned to us. We will then test
the item for faults and if confirmed
faulty we will send you out a
replacement at no extra cost. If you are
returning a faulty item to us please
enclose your order number and a clear
letter outlining the problems
encountered. If you are returning memory
items please also include details about
the make and model of the device that
you were using the memory card in. All
returns can be sent to us at the
